Thank you for shopping with Grace Note Society. Shipping depends on the type of product you order.

Monthly Grace Note Society Mail

The monthly Grace Note Society subscription is physical mail. New editions are prepared and mailed around the middle of each month, according to the cutoff shown on the subscription page.

Monthly envelopes are sent as letter mail. Tracking may not be available for standard letter-mail shipments. Delivery time can vary because of postal delays, holidays, weather, and other carrier conditions outside our control.

Past Physical Editions & Other In-Stock Paper Goods

In-stock physical paper goods are prepared as quickly as possible. Any shipping charge, if applicable, is shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Some merchandise may be produced after you order it. Processing and shipping estimates for those items are shown on the product page or at checkout and may differ from monthly letter-mail timing.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the online store. We will update this policy if that changes.

Incorrect Addresses

Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Mail

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears unusually delayed, email gracenotesocietyclub@gmail.com with your order details. We will review the situation and help with the next appropriate step.
